Publisher Forever Entertainment und Entwickler MegaPixel Studio haben einen Gameplay-Trailer zu dem Titel "Fear Effect Reinvented" veröffentlicht, rund fünf Jahre nach der Ankündigung des Remakes zu dem Kultklassiker aus dem Jahr 2000, "Fear Effect". Während ursprünglich noch über einen Release für PC, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch und PlayStation 4 die Rede war, heisst es nun, die Plattformen "werden noch bekannt gegeben". Ein Release-Datum gibt es noch nicht, der Trailer macht jedoch deutlich, dass das Spiel "schneller als man denkt" erscheint.
