- You’ll be able to play, level up your pins, and use any remaining crystals in Gears Pop! until the servers are shut down on April 26, 2021.
What will happen to the purchases I made?
- Refunds will be issued automatically for all purchases made within the last 90 days (effective October 28, 2020). Refunds will be issued for purchase transactions that occurred between July 30, 2020 – October 28, 2020. Once initiated, refunds may take a few weeks to be processed.
Why can’t Gears Pop! stay playable after April 26, 2021?
- There are a number of things that go into maintaining a game beyond keeping servers active. Addressing issues, developing content, and providing support are critical in keeping a game running. Unfortunately, this is no longer feasible.
