Naughty Dog hat das Update 1.09 für "The Last of Us: Remastered" und die Version 1.03 für das Standalone-Add-On "Left Behind" veröffentlicht. In den beiden Updates geht es vor allem darum, die Spielerfahrung mit der PlayStation 4 Pro zu verbessern. Es gibt mehr Optionen für die Framerate, die Auflösung und die Schattenqualität zu vermelden. Bugfixes sind ebenfalls an Bord.
