Ubisoft kündigte gestern an, dass der vierte Splinter Cell-Teil auch für den Nintendo Wii erscheinen wird. Sie sagten auch, dass der spezielle Controller des Wiis einige Besonderheiten mit sich bringen wird. Welche genau wurde allerdings nicht gesagt.
Tony Key, Vize-Präsident des Marketing von Ubisoft sagte dazu folgendes:
"We are very excited to bring Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent to the Wii this holiday season. The Splinter Cell franchise has always translated very well across multiple platforms and we are confident that the Wii version will continue the tradition of maximizing the capabilities of each respective video game console platform."
Das Spiel soll übrigens passend zum Release des Wiis auch für die Konsole erscheinen.
