Der Entwickler The Behemoth hat bekannt gegeben, dass "Castle Crashers Remastered" am 17. September 2019 auch für die PlayStation 4 erscheinen wird. An diesem Tag wird die Switch-Version veröffentlicht und ursprünglich hätte die PS4-Fassung etwas später auf den Markt kommen sollen.
